African Union wants to promote urgent solution of crisis in Mali

The continental body s Peace and Security Council sanctioned Mali, the eighth-largest country in Africa, in response to the two military coups occurred there between August 2020 and May 2021.
Upon vetoing the country s participation in all activities of the African Union, its organs and institutions, until the constitutional order has been restored in the country, the body now assured that in this way it tries to help to restore the newly transition process.

Uy issued Executive Order (EO) No. 291 on Sunday, May 30, wherein the mayor also ordered the suspension of private gatherings and parties in private resorts and establishments.
Exempted in the order are those Department of Tourism (DOT) Star-rated Resorts , which may continue to operate as certified by DOT to have passed its Staycation Program.
The mayor also ordered the suspension of all pre-bookings until further notice and advice. All confirmed bookings and approved tourist QR Codes are also canceled.
